Hours of operation

From 9.00am to 5pm, Mon - Fri. The cut-off is 4.30pm for a same day drop. Jobs timestamped after this cut-off are carried out at the decretion of the working rider.

Riders

All our riders will obtain a proof of collection and delivery for each job.

Protecting the goods

Although we can't control the weather we can protect your packages. Using waterproof backpacks or messenger bags we will ensure you package arrives in top condition. With a cycle courier, your package won't be thrown on a van seat or on top of wet boxes.

Fees

Fees will be calculated once a job is recorded as completed in our system. We can provide hard copy PODs at an extra cost. However, the digital text version of the POD is free. This can be sent instantly via email. In the event that a job is cancelled the fee will be refunded.

Payment & Credit

Customers will invoiced at the end of every month. Invoices will be sent via email. Monthly invoices are to be settled within 10 business days from receipt.

Insurance

All packets are insured up to €100 euro. We plan to take good care of your packages.

Web Access

Your data will be stored only for use within the Leggit IT system. We will not provide your details to any third party. Our web system requires cookies and javascript to be enabled.

Multiple Collections

Limited only by the ability of the courier to carry all packages. So please be specific with regards to pack sizes.

Waiting Time

Keeping the courier waiting beyond 10 minutes is not part of the service. An additional €2 euro is charged for each additional 10 minute interval.

VAT

All prices quoted are subject to VAT @ 21%
