The A&L Goodbody 5K Corporate Team Challenge ALG5K returns to the iconic Docklands in Dublin on September 8th 2026 and promises to be bigger and better than ever! Start time: 7.45pm on September 8th 2026 The 'ALG5K' is inviting Corporate Ireland to put on their running shoes and join Ireland’s largest city centre 5k run, and join in some healthy competition with colleagues, friends and other businesses. This year we are delighted to announce that you can once again register as part of a team, or as an individual. Teams are made up of 4 runners, with team categories for male, female and mixed. The official score for each team is determined by the recorded times of the registered team members with accurate chip timing for all participants.
