Terms of Use

By using Leggit (leggit.ie), you agree to the following terms:

1. Information accuracy

We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date race information. However:

  • Details may change (dates, times, locations, availability).
  • We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.

Users should always verify details with official race organisers.

2. Third-party content

Race listings may include information sourced from third parties or publicly available data. All rights remain with the original event organisers.

Race results shown on Leggit are reproduced from the official timing provider or race organiser, and each results page links to that source. All rights in results data remain with the timing provider and the event organiser. The source’s published results are the official record: if what Leggit shows ever differs from the source, the source prevails. We will correct or remove results promptly on request from a race organiser, timing provider, or listed finisher. Use “Correct or remove a result” on the race page or email hello@leggit.ie.

3. User submissions

If you submit a race through our submission form or any other means:

  • You confirm you have the right to share the information and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
  • You grant Leggit a non-exclusive licence to display, edit, reformat, and remove the submission at our discretion.
  • We may reject, amend, or take down submissions at any time without notice.

4. External links

We may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

5. Use of the site

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website, including automated access or bulk downloading.
  • Attempt to scrape or copy large portions of data.
  • Use the site for unlawful purposes.

6. Liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for:

  • Race cancellations or changes.
  • Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on site information.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The “last updated” date above shows when this version took effect.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
