Race details
The annual Ardagh 10 Mile Challenge & 5K on 27 December 2025 takes place on a scenic, point-to-point course during the peak of Winter in County Longford. Both the 10 mile and 5K start in the village centre. The first two miles of the 10 mile route is a scenic route around the village before heading up and over Ardagh 'Mountain', a stiff hill rising approx. 78 meters. The last half mile has you once again running through the historic village of Ardagh to the finish line.
