Race details
The Ards Half Marathon takes runners through the towns and countryside of Ards, County Down on Friday 26 June 2026, starting and finishing in Newtownards. The route is undulating-to-hilly on roads and footpaths and has a reputation as one of the toughest half marathons in Northern Ireland. Organised by Scrabo Striders and supported by Ards Borough Council.
