Race details
The Beast of Béara is a challenging half marathon trail run/walk in Allihies on the Beara Peninsula, County Cork on Saturday 18 July 2026. The roughly 20km mountain trail route follows part of the Beara Way and takes in the three peaks of Allihies Coppermine (250m), Ternahillane (250m), and Goula (340m). Organised by Garnish GAA, with proceeds going to the GAA development fund and local community groups. Entry costs €50.
