Gas Networks Ireland 5K was a 5 Km race in County Cork on Wednesday 22 July 2026. It was organised by Cork BHAA. The Gas Networks Ireland 5k takes place on Wednesday 22nd July at 8pm on the Blackrock–Mahon Greenway, starting near the old Blackrock railway station and running fully off-road along the greenway. Entry is on the night only — registration at Cork Boat Club in Blackrock village from 6.30pm, with no pre-entries. Entry costs €5 for BHAA-registered runners and €10 for non-registered. The first 500 entries receive a free t-shirt, collected in person at registration.
