Race details
The Glendalough Lap of the Gap Marathon is the only road marathon held in Wicklow Mountains National Park, taking place on Saturday 23 May 2026. Organised by local club Glendalough AC, the course winds through scenic country lanes and the dramatic heather landscapes of the Wicklow uplands, starting in the historic monastic village of Glendalough. A half marathon (Glen to Glen) is also offered. Entry costs €75.
