Kerry Way Ultra is a running event with 200 km and 101 km distances in County Kerry on Friday 4 September 2026. Registration is online. The Kerry Way Ultra is a trail running event from 4 to 5 September 2026 that follows the Kerry Way with spectacular mountain ranges, magnificent coastal views, lakes and moorlands. The full 120 mile (200km) distance is a Killarney to Killarney loop course. This is a self-sufficient race so no food will be provided and there will be emergency water only at Support Crew Stops. The ultra can also be run in a relay of teams of three people, with at least one female member. The tracker and race number will be the baton and can only be exchanged at the changeover points at the Crew Stops. As well as the full ultra, there is also the UltraNite (101km) run on the Friday night/Saturday morning starting at Dromid, Waterville and the UltraLite (58km) on Saturday which follows the Kerry Way route from Sneem to Killarney.
