Leinster XC Day 4 - Juv B & MXD RELAYS

Day 4 of the Athletics Leinster Cross Country Championships takes place on Saturday 28th November at Stradbally Hall, Stradbally, Co Laois (R32 YC5X, entrance off Main Street). Thanks to Oughaval A.C. for hosting. No dogs are allowed at any time, as the venue is a working sheep farm. Juvenile B cross country is open to athletes who did not win a medal at this year's Leinster championships. Races run for boys and girls at under 11 (1,000m), under 13 (1,500m), under 15 (2,500m) and under 17 (3,000m). Everyone enters as an individual, and club and county teams are scored automatically from finishing positions. The juvenile mixed relays are open to all registered Athletics Leinster athletes, with teams of four running in the order female, male, female, male. Distances are 4 x 250m at under 11 and 13, and 4 x 500m at under 15 and 17.
