The Longford 5k Trail Series kicks off on Wednesday 5th August on the Royal Canal in Longford Town. August 12th Corlea Bog August 19th Derrycassin Woods August 26th Newcastle Woods Participants who complete all 4 chipped trail runs in the series receive a trails series Medal and T-shirt, cost for all 4 run to be €45. Participation in individual chipped runs cost €15. This is great way to keep fit and active over the month of August.
